Accredited members of NLPtCA who are Registered with UKCP are also bound by 

• UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about a member of NLPTCA, or the organisation itself please contact the appropriate person below:

• If your complaint concerns a NLPtCA Member who is registered with UKCP, follow the UKCP Complaints and Conduct Process.
• If you complaint is concerned with NLPtCA, the NLPtCA Accreditation process, or the conduct of any other member of NLPtCA, follow the NLPTCA complains procedure found here.
