We may process information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding membership, NLPtCA therapists, complaints, NPLtCA events, other enquiries, for the purposes of responding to you with relevant information and/or dealing the enquiry.
It will not be used for marketing purposes or disclosed to third parties, unless we have a regulatory requirement to do so. For the purposes of health and safety, event venues may be provided with a register of delegates names. Event caterers may be provided with a list of delegate names and dietary requirements.
Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes
